it may just be that it didnt fit me, but it just felt like a cannon on my shoulder....it was a simple gun to care for though. ended up putting it towards a winchester 7mm wsm....

shot probably 5 turkeys with it..itll do just fine for you...i dont shotgun turkey hunt anymore, otherwise thats probably where i'd miss it most.

you know come to think of it, it did take a while to get used to not pulling up a shotgun that doesn't have a stitch of wood on it... feels weird for a while.

oooohhhh... can't blame ya for getting a 7mm though, i bet its a ton of fun to shoot!

never even went turkey hunting yet but your right, it'll go with me!

I shoot an Ithaca Model 37 12 gauge, plain barrel bought for my Christmas present when I was 19, from a local hardware store for $89... I wish I had ten of them...My duck gun is an 870 black synthetic 26 in barrel...

I have an old 1932 browning o/u that I love to shoot upland with. It is so smoooth. It was my greatgrandfathers and it gets handed down when the first son gets married. So I figure I'm going to have it for another 20 years or so, then on down the line it goes. It has to be pretty nice for me to take it out though, no rain or snow.

I like shooting my Benelli M1 Super 90 12 Gauge for upland birds. Unfortunately I seem to shoot better with my old 870.
