Nobody is afraid of anything? I have kids, and it's not always the easiest to do those kinds of things in the rain with the kids. If you ever took yours out, you might know this.

I have a son and he is not even two years old yet, not quite ready to tag a long yet but as soon as he understands water = dangerous I will take him out rain or shine if he wants. Besides man just jokin with ya take a chill pill. This weather does suck tho!

Extended forecast for May (up north here) is predicting average highs mid seventies, and lows mid 2 upper forties all month. Pond & lake fishing will be a little tougher. Glad the river is always there!

Not the greatest weather for Morel's either, seems we can't find the happy medium/right combination of rain and warm sunny days...

Looks like a nice complex of storms shaping up over Central Nebraksa, with a greater threat of long lived tornadoes on the eastern side of the state. If the cap busts like they are thinking could make for an interesting afternoon from Columbus to Plattsmouth!

Given its the Middle of August, you can't beat this coming week. Weeks like this will only help the cooler temps (and Hunting Season) sneak up that much more quickly; We're not much more than 40 days out from our normal first freeze already.
