Default Rip is fighting for life

Apparently he swallowed one of the kids toys. Went in for emergency surgery. The vet removed 8 inches of intestine and now its a wait and see. Stable at this point but in Critical condition.

That sucks Bill. What happens with the intestine thing when he pulls through? He looks like a fighter. I'm sure things will be just fine. Love his color and shine.

My Springer/Lab (Buddy) had the same problem several years ago with part of a tennis ball. It was a rough couple of weeks but he came out just fine. I hope your luck mirrors mine, he looks like a good friend.

Another Surgery today. There was a leak in the resection. White Blood Cell Count was up and he was not taking to food. So they opened him back up. Surgery went fine and he is in stable condition.
