Still on the ice

Tried out the new shack today,...nice n' warm. Thanks BB! Still 14" of pretty NOISY ice up this way. Loud enough to make a guy pucker up pretty tight. Water is starting to get dirty now, and it takes some jigging to get them to take a look. I managed several gills, and a few 7-8" crappie tho',...and let em all go this time. Tip ups, wouldn't fire today, but I got one toothy thing on a minnow. Think I'll take a drive north next time and maybe end the year at Yankton.

How did that heater work out in there?

The little buddy heats the shack up perfect. It was ten degrees outside and I was shedding coats. Kinda glad I didn't go with the bigger heater,...there's probably a law against fishing in just your shoes.
