What kind of space heaters do you use in your shelters?

I have the smaller Mr. Buddy heater and love it! I used to use a Coleman catylist heater and that worked great too but you got to be careful with these cause they will burn and melt stuff. I found out the hard way and melted the zipper on the leg of a $250 pair of bibs!

+1 on the Mr Heater Buddy, I love mine. It will even heat my camper to about 70 in -0 weather!! And I have never gotten the "headache" from using it in inclosed spaces.

Well,...I saw the 1500 BTU Coleman "sportcat" at wal mart yesterday for $27, so I grabbed one. I read several reviews on them today as it was "breaking in". I ran it in a closed pop up blind for over an hour .Yes they do stink terrible, no they don't heat worth a poo, and yes it is going back tomorrow.

Just picked up the Mr Heater Lil Buddy on sale at menards for 59.99 and it is perfect. Doesnt stink and you dont have to keep turning it on and off. Ran it all day on a 1 lb tank and it is awesome, small and simple to use I would suggest this bad boy for everyone. I have tried em all Mr heaters on the 20 lb tank to the catalytic and this thing is the only way to go.

Anyone who uses the little one pound gas bottles knows how fast you can go through them. I suggest buying one of the "MacCouplers". You can fill your own one pound disposable bottles from a bigger bottle. It will save a ton of money and keeps the little bottles out of the landfill.
