As far as I am concerned this person is a traitor and should be prosecuted. What about his oath to protect and preseve the Constitution!

How do you know that he was in office when the original ordinance was passed? Sounds like he helped repeal it. Did you miss the part where they stopped enforcing it in 1989? It takes more than one person to pass an ordinance.
