Shooting blanks on guns policy

Toronto has adopted harsh anti-gun policies, even closing a gun range city property, but they gladly allow guns when it means money for the city from the Filming of the TV show Flashpoint in Nathan Phillips Square, even if doing so contradicts the city`s anti-firearms stance.
