Anyone have any info on this lake? My brother just purchased a lot out there. Any help would be appreciated.

Yup, I live out there......fishing is ok. It's still a newer lake, with too many bait fish. We did stock some walleye out there two years ago and the cats are getting about perfect size for the pan. The bait fish will eat you alive when you swim out there, you or the kids can catch them without any bait on just a hook....

The bowfishing is getting better, shot a few 10 to 12 pound carp from the bank this year. There are some really big gold fish that someone threw in there a while back...they make for some good target practice.

I'm not sure on the lot # but I will get back to you on that.

I was wondering how new it was. I had heard that they stocked it with walleye a while back. Good to know that the pit will continue to get better. We just happen to drive by the other day and we saw a kid carrying around a nice sized bass. Got me pumped to give that lake a try.

The house will be built by early next year.

Would also like to hit it this winter.

The lake has come along pretty good....we were the first ones that lived out there and it has changed a lot. Some have put in some 5+ lb bass that were caught elsewhere, but the majority is around the 2 to 3 range if that. Still with all the bait fish it should be pretty good. There is little structure in the lake so have your brother put some out when he can so it can start to develop by his lot. The water levels to down to about 40 ft in the main part of the lake.
