I hate to be the (designated) party pooper here but as the rules were written....

What's there to be sorry about! Guess I need to read a little better. But if it will make you feel any better vonny, I just got off the phone with my farmer friend and he has about 3" of ice on his pond. This pond is what I like to call "Nebraska's SLAB Canyon". I may just have to tie myself off to the dock with some rope and sit on the ice under a lantern Sunday night. I have gotten some crappies up to 14" there but have never tried Ice Fishing it. Might just have to take my chances and see if I can stay dry.

It will be up to the wife whether I can be gone all day and then go fishing again after I get back from kansas.

Then again, I got till midnight on Monday to get to the pond. Guess that means, GAME is still ON!!!!!!!

Good luck to you. I wish I could get out again before the new year, but I'm with family all weekend. I guess I'll be counting down the hours to the new year for a different reason on Monday.
