Youth Boating classes set
7/29/2008 Mandatory Boating Education Classes Set for 14- to 17-Year-Olds

LINCOLN, Neb. – Classes are now forming for 14- to 17-year-olds who must successfully complete a boating safety course before operating a boat or personal watercraft in the state.
Here are the latest additions to the growing list of Boating Education classes. For information regarding classes, contact your closest Nebraska Game and Parks Commission office or check on the Boating page at Nebraska Game and Parks Commission Homepage. Additional information will be posted as it is received.
Newly scheduled classes include:
Bennington -- July 29 and 31, 6:30-9:30 p.m., Bennington Library, to register contact Frank Reiss, (402) 660-5321, registration fee $10.
Laurel -- Aug. 5 and 6, 6-9 p.m., Laurel Fire Hall, to register contact Tony Wiese, (402) 640-5916, registration fee $10.
Bennington -- Aug. 18 and 20, 6:30-9:30 p.m., Bennington Library, to register contact Frank Reiss, (402) 660-5321, registration fee $10.
