| Yep, he was calling names wasnt he. Now if thats not the pot calling the kettle black. HA! He has no sense of adventure! LOL! What kind of VP are going to make h8r? Well Force Feed, what are you going to do? Last edited by Maze; 07-31-2008 at 05:57 PM. |

| HAHA I knew you would take this opprotunity and run with it. ![]() Ya know, if the pot was abit bigger I would be all for it. But thinking about bouncing around in those waves like a kiddie bobber(mini-me has a fit when I drive over boat wakes) , then driving home, then going to Omaha for the state duck calling contest on Sunday...I think I better just go to the river tomorrow and use the extra time for practice. Besides that I have a feeling the river is gonna be pretty good tomorrow. Keep after it...will Maze drop out of the LPE duck opener AGAIN this year? ![]() I cant speak for him but our phone conversation earlier it sounded like Force Feed was gonna stay at home too.

| Wait till I see Mini.....after he was talking the talk about beating us, he doesnt have the guts to show? Sorny now I hope you see who's a sissy around here! HA! A duck calling comp is a good excuse but not good enough. Look at it this way. You have 3 hours of practice time driving to Calamus and 3 hrs of practice time driving home. So, dont be giving the excuse you have to practice. BTW I'll be there for the LPE opener this year! (cough cough) |

| My ear drums cant hardly stand practice in general, let alone practice in the truck...WHAT?

| These winds arent anything like I saw in June of '07. At that tourny they had 30 mph sustained winds with gusts up to 40 mph. Let me tell ya, I was scared that time! All I could do was keep my bow into the wind and hope the waves didnt start crashing over the bow! It was almost like I was on the show "Deadliest Catch" Last edited by Maze; 07-31-2008 at 07:27 PM. |

| Yeah, last june was pretty damn windy but I think the june before was worse. Most fish I have ever seen, but it was hard to shoot while trying to hold on for your life and getting sand blasted when the gusts came up.

| My father-in-law (JRG) and I are planning on making the tournament at Calamus. We will be arriving Saturday morning becuase of other family conflicts, but we'll be there. Its the first tournament for each of us as well as our first trip to Calamus. We are hoping for some serious beginners luck. ![]() Steve |

| Judging by all of the drunken messages are on my voice mail. Sounds like everyone is having a good time and I am gonna take heavy hell when they get back from not being able to make it.
