| I think 1 key thing that really made last years Carp-o-rama slower than normal was the lack of cotton. 2 years before the wind blew even harder but we shot til our fingers bled...just couldnt hit squat. We had that late hard freeze and snow the 2nd week in April last year that reaked havoc on the trees...The Cottonwoods didnt produce cotton and the Mullberry trees didnt produce berries. First summer anyone could remember that the cotton didnt fly.

| Well men and women the tourney is shaping up nicely. Great prizes coming in from many places. Guided Snow Goose hunt from-Big Island waterfowl MinnKota trolling motor New Bow from Sullys Tons of arrows from Cajun Archery Books and Videos Gift Certificates Watches from Swiss Military Plus the big fish fry at the end of the day. Now all we have to do is pray for good weather and lots of fish. |

| With the way everything is running 2 weeks late this year the Carp-o-rama should come dang close to the Buff spawn. If so Rich is gonna have alot of fun durring weigh in.

| This really makes me wonder just how many Bigheads there are in Desoto. Omaha.com Sports Section Saw a dead one last year durring the Carp-o-rama and heard of several other guys seeing them.
