When is everyone heading to the river?

My wife cant make it up til like the 3rd weekend. So it looks like Im gonna hafta make a early trip without her.

I'll be in Omaha, so I'll need to make the long trip up instead of the 10 minute trip up this year. Not sure how this will all work out. Probably head up bymyself and see what happens.

2nd weekend also. Dont have anybody lined up to go with as of yet? But sounds like Ill know alot of people there that weekend. Should be a party somewhere!

Chopper. If you and some others need a boat to go out of pm me. I don't have a tag but I'll sure take people out. We saw two that had to be 140-150 lbs yesterday.

I havent talked to Keith yet but I believe that first weekend Im going to camp somewhere a good couple days . I know we have that weekend off.

Josh if your game for that weekend let us know. Keith didnt get a tag but he sure can be a good boat bitch. haha

Wife says if I go up early without her she is gonna hide my tag so I cant fill mine without her. But I did get the go ahead without TOO MUCH bitching and moaning.

Going up the morning of the 15th and coming back the 17th. Whether I find someone to go with me or not.

anyone want to go the 18th and 19th in the morning? Keith cant make it down until Sat at noon or so. I was thinking of heading up Friday morning but really dont want to go by myself.

If anyone is interested in getting together at least Friday PM me.

well I had my dates missed up looks like I have a work thing on the second weekend, so I probably won't be up untill the third weekend now.

Sounds like the guy who was going up with me couldnt get those days off so sounds like I will be alone.

Probably wont put a whole lot of focus on shooting a Paddle on this trip...Not saying I wont slip in behind afew reefs to see if I can find a toad. Main plan is to put in at a ramp I have never put in on before and go as far up river as I can then drift back over a section of the river I havnt been on before...if afew fish get in my way, then too bad for them.

Most likely, Grass Carp will come into the boat one after another. A handfull of smaller sized Buffs, and afew Commons will join them. Since there will be guys blowing the holes all weekend Bigheads might be a tough find but I might luck into afew.

There was thisn old feeble lady in from of me and she couldn't figure out how to use the ATM machine. I asked her If I could help her in order to speed things up. She told me she was trying to check her 'balance'. I pushed her and she fell down.-----not very good balance.
