Having good luck today. 15 on the ground so far. Had to come home for a bigger cooler. Going back for seconds.

Finally go out for about 45 min and bloodied my arrow. I wasnt silly enough to let someone shoot my bow before me and stick a fish. I biggest fish was a 6-7 # Buff. I love that Osprey! The fish I saw werent acting like its time to spawn yet.

Did fairly well today also. Shot 15 Buffs, all in the 20-25# range. Should have boated way more. But the clouds and wind didint help. A partner would have helped tons aswell. Cause there was almost always more than one, and there was several times I was able to shoot again at a missed fish.

Nice job Muddy. Thats a nice mess of fish. I think I only got 3 of them little suckers. I can only hit the bigger fish! lol If I would have seen ya, Id said Hi. Thans, will do. I didnt know I was going till the last minute.

muddy- muzzys are pretty good for penetration, but when the arrow is out of the water while the fish is thrashing, it really doesnt matter what tip you use, one will shake it loose every once in awhile.

Took a couple newbies out yesterday and needless to say they are hooked now. I would have liked to see what we could have done with some shooters in the boat. We only had a lil over 3 hours to shoot and ended up with 58, with the biggest being around 25-30 lbs.

Went out tonight again but with the muddy water and wind it was kind of tough. Didn't see any spawning activity tonight, don't know if the little cold front that came through shut them off or they are done spawnin. It was still worthwhile tho ended tonight with 12 with one being a 34 lb grasser.

I got 2 buffs today at Desoto around 10-20lbs didn't shoot too much mostly scouting. I did see alot of buffulo splashing near shore.
