Question? Yamaha Z300 HPDI

Looking at buying a boat with this motor on it. Has less than 50 hours, guy is having money problems. I've allways ran Mercury, but have heard good things about Yamaha. Any one have any feedback?

We've had a Yamaha for 5 years. Other than routine maintainence, we've had no problems. The HPDI is a tremendous motor.
