Right, but I'll pay my non-resident tag b/c as of now, I don't live in SD and therefore shouldn't be granted a resident tag. It's like having SD residents come over the Niobrara public land hunting with SD tags. I don't think you or any of us would be pleased with that eh?

We didn't know squat about lopers either, but we got shots.
The bear hunt I'm going on will be w/no guide, and yes I may get eaten. But that makes it even more exicting to me.
