Day was an absolute blast, however i know Ill be putting the platform on here soon. Me and my brother shot the lake division. Didnt know what to expect as we had never even been there before. I think we took off 22nd out of 31 teams. Got on the water and had two in the boat right off the bat. Buddy told me of a few spots to find buffs but that proved to be wasteful as we didnt see a single buff all day Ended weighing 14 fish good enough for 4th place. Commons were spawning pretty hard on the lake, but 40 yards of flooded cattails makes it tough to get where they are. Not to mention commons in that lake are the size of goldfish. Had 12 fish pulloff arrows, so its hard not to think what if. Definately a great experience and I encourage all to participate in next years two day. |
